A graduate of Harrington College of Design, Christina gained a unique dual education while also working for LG Construction + Development, a Chicago based construction and development firm. This experience allowed her to gain the fundamentals of design while concurrently accruing the indispensable principals of construction, that are required to make any project take shape. During her 8 years at LG Christina did everything from project materials coordination, finishes selection, and budget tracking to earning the role of Director of Interior Design. In 2015 her love for design caused her to branch out on her own.
Since starting her own studio, Christina has been translating client’s personalities and needs into their spaces. As a designer she believes that a space is only truly complete once it reflects the individual that will be appreciating it. Based on this fundamental she enjoys juxtaposing traditional and modern elements, exploring materiality and using formal design in unexpected ways. She also truly relishes the challenge of finding a way to make the occasional undesirable features welcomed and intentional in a space, by redefining them.
With a background in both design and construction she has the ability to adapt to a client’s diverse needs and transform any space into a captivating, comfortable and functional environment. She has done everything from large scale ground up builds where she works intently with an architect and a general contractor to perfect the project from start to finish; to small bathroom remodels. Regardless of the scale no two projects are ever alike, but they all reflect her attention to detail and passion for interior architecture and design.
